Finance Coordinator

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting functions, including cash receipts and disbursement, bank and credit card reconciliation, journal entries, etc
  • Maintain electronics and hard copy accounting documentation in an orderly and effective manner
  • Liaise with external and internal sources to complete tax declarations, annual audits, etc.

Skills :

  • Experience with accounting software, experience with Quickbook is a plus.
  • Experts in MS Excel is a plus
  • General in both English and Chinese

  • Mature Christian with a heart to serve in Church
  • Integrity and credibility is a MUST 
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Willing to learn and grow in the midst of uncertainty and goes the extra mile
