Internship Program
The Beijing International Christian Fellowship (BICF) Internship Program aims to prepare interns for future ministry by Training, Equipping, Educating, and Mentoring them through the internship program, thus empowering them to continue to impact and transform lives in their cities nations, and the world of Christ. It is also an opportunity for Christians from around the world to gain extensive ministry experience in China.
BICF Interns will be Trained and Equipped by working alongside church co-workers in various ministry areas available, with the opportunity to help coordinate, organize, develop, and participate in the ministry programs.
BICF will also Educate our interns by providing them the opportunity to study as well as to take part in various courses or seminars, ranging from theological study, leadership development to counseling skill training, etc.
Last but not least, interns will be Mentored and cared for by BICF’s staff and church family, gaining firsthand experience of personal discipleship.

Finance Coordinator
Job responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting functions, including cash receipts and disbursement, bank and credit card reconciliation, journal entries, etc
- Maintain electronics and hard copy accounting documentation in an orderly and effective manner
- Liaise with external and internal sources to complete tax declarations, annual audits, etc.
Skills :
- Experience with accounting software, experience with Quickbook is a plus.
- Experts in MS Excel is a plus
- General in both English and Chinese
Personal Qualities:
- Mature Christian with a heart to serve in Church
- Integrity and credibility is a MUST
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Willing to learn and grow in the midst of uncertainty and goes the extra mile
