Since early February, when the then epidemic was still very much localized, God emphasized Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose” so strongly in my heart, and indeed, over the past days, weeks and months, His word has been my guide and mainstay, and I can testify to His faithfulness and that His word is ever true.
More recently, as events continue to unfold in this season, and I asked God, what are you doing? The words of this Christian Hymn I love so much “God moves in a mysterious way…” have come to the fore in my mind and I believe it resonates with John 13:7 “Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”

For me ,what l am still learning is there is no need to try to impress God ,or tell him to hurry up as if He is not looking , for even BEFORE the foundations of this world came Jesus already died , everything was finished ,but even though it was finished Jesus had to come experientially , like acting a movie already the Director and producer have finished…..
This year is 2020 is like a movie playing by the actors but already the end ,God knows the end even before we can understand…
this too will pass and its not over ,or wont be over until God says its over,and God ‘s word always prevails…

I can already ask God for anything so I choose to ask Him for the desires of my heart which I always pray align with the desires of His heart. And when I pray those prayers my desires nearly always change. It’s been a remarkable journey and I stand in awe of how has and continues to transform me.
