Part Time Accountant

BICF is looking for a Chinese Christian with a servant-heart to join the Finance team. Applicants are expected to have qualified accounting certificate, familiar with local tax policy and requirements, be able to liaise with government bureau, auditors etc. Basic English communication skills required. Applicants with flexible work schedule and relevant work experiences are preferred. Cantonese Associate Pastor

This position will work closely with the Cantonese Congregation Pastor and Elders to shepherd the congregation, with special focus on Small Groups as well as single and young families between the age group of 25-45. Responsibilities include preaching, teaching, and supporting small group development by giving spiritual guidance, and coaching small group leaders. Applicant should speak Cantonese, Chinese and English, have at least a Bachelor degree in seminary education, a minimum of 5-year experience in serving in a Cantonese speaking church as a pastor, and with experience in small group ministry. Preferably married, with work place experience and within the age group of 25-45. 广东话崇拜助理牧师

Internship Program

The Beijing International Christian Fellowship (BICF) Internship Program aims to prepare interns for future ministry by Training, Equipping, Educating and Mentoring them through the internship program, thus empowering them to continue to impact and transform lives in their cities, their nations, and the world of Christ. It is also an opportunity for Christian from around the world to gain extensive ministry experience in China.

BICF Interns will be Trained and Equipped by working alongside church co-workers in various ministry areas available, with the opportunity to help coordinate, organize, develop, and participate in the ministry programs.

BICF will also Educate our interns by providing them the opportunity to study as well as to take part in various courses or seminars, ranging from theological study, leadership development to counseling skill training etc.

Last but not least, interns will be Mentored and cared for by BICF's staff and church family, gaining firsthand experience of personal discipleship.
