HR Manager (Full time or Part-time)

As HR Manager (Full time or Part-time), you will be responsible for the implementation of the strategy and framework of the HR & Legal functions, driving continuous improvement to HR operations, and supporting the human capital performance across the BICF Family

  • About the Job Responsibility

– Full HR functions (Includes payroll, work permit, visa, leave management, documentation, legal, compensation and benefits)

– Legal and Compliance

– Full time: a minimum of 40 hours work week; or Part-Time: a minimum of 20 hours work week

  • Skills and Experience required

– Minimum 5 years experience as HRM performing as a generalist

– Degree holder in HR 

– Bilingual and fluent in both English and Chinese

– Ability to work both independently and as a team player

– Meticulous, Focused, Self-discipline and Motivated

– Born again Christian with a strong desire to serve in a Church/Not-for-profit organization

 IMPACT (Fund Raising) & Office Manager

As IMPACT (Fund Raising) & Office Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementation of the strategy and framework that will help drive optimum collaboration and performance both internally and externally

  • About the Job Responsibility

– Dual Focus between IMPACT (Fund Raising): 60% & Office Management: 40%

– IMPACT: Conceptualize and implement IMPACTFUL fund-raising initiatives; Connect and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote the giving spirit and for Churches to engage in ministries more intentionally and creatively, donors and stakeholder management

– Office Management: Promote cross-functional and inter-churches collaboration as well as looking after both the legal and compliance functions

– Full time: a minimum of 40 hours work week; Part-Time: a minimum of 20 hours work week

  • Skills and Experience required

– Minimum 3 years experience in both managerial role as well as fundraising/ marketing/ business development

– Bilingual and fluent in both English and Chinese

– Ability to work both independently and as a team player

– Meticulous, Focused, Self-discipline and Motivated

– Mature Christian with a strong desire to serve in a Church/Not-for-profit organization, in both pastoral and corporate functions  

– Pastoral attributes; as a senior member of the support team; the ability to lead, influence and demonstrate Christian values and work ethics will be an added advantage

Social Media Engagement Specialist (Part-Time)

As Social Media Engagement Specialist (Part-Time), you will be involved in the design and delivery of IMPACTFUL Gospel Content to engage Culture and help Churches to be intentional on the Great Commission in a relevant and contemporary manner

  • About the Job Responsibility

– Start from Scratch – Design and Delivery of BICF Social Media Strategy

– Recruit, train and work with volunteers from different churches in a cross-cultural environment to design, develop and disseminate Gospel-centric content in a hostile culture

– A minimum of 20 hours work week

  • Skills and Experience required

– Minimum 2 years experience in effective social media engagement

– Bilingual and fluent in both English and Chinese

– Ability to work both independently and as a team player

– Creative, driven, ability to work with deadlines and with proven social media skill sets

– Mature Christian with a strong desire to serve in a Church/Not-for-profit organization
