Students will examine current issues in missions and church growth with specific attention given to the role and development of leaders in this area. By completing this class, students will be able to understand the strengths and weaknesses of several leadership styles, articulate their personal leadership style and recognize the strengths and weaknesses of that style. Lastly, students will analyze and understand the importance of leadership in missions and church growth. This class is a 2 credit course and is in-person.
