WHAT IS THE EMBASSY?

Founded in March 2007, The Embassy is the Young Adults Ministry of the BICF, a God-fearing, God-loving, Jesus-worshipping community of expatriates. We are united by the desire to learn and experience more of who God is, what it means for us to be His ambassadors, and what responsibilities that leaves us in our homes, neighborhoods, city, and nations throughout the world. We range in ages from 18 to 30+, and represent more than 20 nations from across the globe.

God has given us two central points: challenging the heart, and challenging the mind. To maintain a life of firm faith, we believe that both heart and mind must be ministered to. We pursue spiritual knowledge and Truth through the Bible, the revealed Word of God, while also desiring a full emotional and soulful relationship with God.

At the Embassy, it is our prayer that God would work through us to transform the hearts and minds of the Beijing young adult expatriate community by establishing a Christ-centered, Gospel-based family which encourages, equips, and enables His Ambassadors to live with integrity and spread the good news of Jesus Christ. In short, equipping you to equip others.
