Youth Ministry

What is this Ministry?

• The youth ministry reaches out the youth in our church, 7th – 12th grade. It oversees a youth Sunday School class, plans activities and organizes a youth group each week.

What is my commitment? How often? What do I do?

• The youth Sunday school class meets on Sundays and the youth group meeting also meets on Sunday afternoons. Other activities are planned as needed. If you commit to this ministry, the leaders will contact you about how often you would like to attend, help lead or help plan activities.

Do I need any training? How can I get it?

• If you’re passionate about youth and about life, then you have all the training you need!

What should I do to get involved? Who do I contact?

Why should I do this ministry?

• God’s word needs to be planted in the lives of our youth. Time spent with them disciplining, investing, leading and guiding is valuable beyond measure. Plus it’s fun! If you feel God calling you to invest in the next generation, get on board!
