BICF Impact is the mission, charity, and outreach arm of the BICF. 外展事工部（Impact）是BICF使命、福利和宣教的事工部门

We support and partner with organisations to impact ongoing community projects in Beijing, China, and the World. 我们支持各种与外展有关的活动，遍及北京，中国，乃至世界。

Impact Vision 我们的异象:

Bringing Light into the darkness, and fulfilling the Great Commission 将光带入黑暗，完成大使命

Connecting: To improve access to resource networks to enhance the work of charity, outreach and mission projects. 联结

Equipping and Church Planting: To build up the body of Christ through church-planting, development, training and providing resources. 装备和教会建立

Compassion: To meet physical, emotional and educational needs with the purpose of bringing light into darkness. 慈善援助

Evangelism: To spread the gospel message and play our part in the Great Commission. 福音

• Ningxia Summer English Camp
• Emergency funds for disaster relief to Indonesia and the Phillippines
• Home Schooling Educational projects for AIDS orphans in Yunnan province
• The Alpha Course for the International community in Beijing
• A team of teachers was sent to Gansu province to teach 'life skills' to rural teenagers
• The Vladivostock Global Leadership Summit, the first GLS in Russia
• Orphan Christmas gifts to orphans around Beijing
• Educational projects and rebuilding in the aftermath of the Sichuan earthquake
• Teaching Chinese language in a Christian context
• Church leadership training in Zambia and the Congo
• Leadership training projects across China

Impact Seed Project “为人民服事”外展基金

Through the Impact Seed Project, the BICF will be releasing community outreach grants from 50 to 2000 RMB to BICF members with the purpose of equipping the body of Christ to glorify His name through outreach and volunteer projects.

通过“为人民服事”外展资助计划，BICF会为教会的弟兄姊妹有感动的外展项目提供资助。金额从50元到2000元不等。来帮助耶稣基督的肢体通过外展和志愿项目荣耀耶稣基督通过外展和志愿项目。

We all have gifts and talents that the Lord has given us, and each day is an opportunity to use those talents to be a blessing to others. Whether it is the ability to organize activities, teach language skills, or use music to brighten someone’s day, we all have something unique to offer.

我们有神赋予的各种的天赋和才能，每一天都是一个机会我们可以使用这些恩赐去服事别人。不管你善于组织活动，教导语言，或演奏音乐来点亮别人的生命，我们都有一些特殊的技能来提供。

Who Can Receive an Impact Seed Grant? 谁可以申请“为人民服事”外展基金？

• Individual BICF attendees 任何在BICF聚会的人
• Families that attend BICF 任何在BICF聚会的家庭
• Kids who attend BICF 任何 参加BICF的儿童
• BICF Small Groups BICF小组
• A Group of Friends, some or all of whom attend BICF 一群一起参加BICF的朋友
• A whole BICF Congregation 一整个BICF聚会点

The first round of the Seed Project has finished by June. The next round will be starting in August 2010! Get ready to apply!!
